Unable to resolve any references in Xamarin Forms project (2016.3.2)

I'm having an issue with resharper. After needing to restart VS because it did the thing where backspace magically stops working, resharper has now decided that it can't resolve anything.

There is nothing wrong with the project - If I build (using VS build, not resharper) and deploy it, it works fine. If I suspend resharper, everything is hunky dory and VS works like normal. But as soon as it is reenabled, it kicks off and doesn't do any of the usual helpful resharper stuff like give me any intellisense.

I've had a look at most of the suggestions in this (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15713167/resharper-can-not-resolve-symbol-even-when-project-builds) SO post, and I've done the following:

• Suspend and Resume resharper
• Clear solution caches, suspend resharper, close VS, open VS, open project, resume resharper
• Suspend, Clean solution, rebuild, restart VS load project, resume
• Close VS, Uninstall resharper, reinstall resharper, Open VS
• Restart PC, Still nope.

I'm running out of ideas. Does anyone know what might be going on? I'm going to get it checked on another PC tomorrow.
