Extract Class From Parameter missing?

I press ctrl + shift + r on the method name and the menu shows up but the option "Extract Class From Parameter" is missing.

It has been merged to "Transform Parameters" refactoring https://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2016/12/15/resharper-ultimate-2016-3-is-released/
