Multi Select as in RubyMine

I've used RubyMine a lot to develop and one of the things I loved, and main reasons for looking into ReSharper was the multi cursor features.  Especially being able to highlight a word and select the next few instances of it.  After about 20 minutes of looking over documentation I can't seem to find it in ReSharper, does it not exist or am I just oblivious? 

As it stands I'm left with the old, outdated extension MixEdit to get what I need.
