DotSettings not desired but keeps getting created & checked-in to TFS and Visual Studio 2013 requests check-out.

Please help.

DotSettings not desired but keeps getting created & checked-in to TFS and Visual Studio 2013 requests check-out.

How can one avoid this, never create a DotSettings file, and keep it out of TFS, and avoid Visual Studio 2013 from prompting for check-out every time the project is open.

Please advise.
