Resharper not resolving basic types for single solution

I'm using 2016.3 - for a single solution, Resharper cannot resolve basic symbols like void or string even though the build does succeed.

I've tried clearing the cache using the Resharper options menu, as well as deleting the solution's .vs folder to no avail.  Please help!

Please try the build mentioned by me here https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-462293#comment=27-1809942 and check the issue once again.

Brilliant, that fixed it - I'm sorry my search of the forum was sub-par and I didn't find this answer myself.  Thank you very much!!!!
