I'm not using Rider, I'm using VS 2019, and don't know what the hell that explanation means. The fact is, this was all working fine until I updated, so you broke this, not my IDE.

Well it clearly wasn't fixed because I'm still getting that issue in 2019.3. This isn't a StyleCop/inspection issue, this is a cleanup issue. I'm not even getting a warning for it and yet it still ...
