While am able to configure proxy to check for updates with 'Use secure connection' set to off, trying to login to Jetbrains account throws SignatureException.

Just renewed my license and there is no "Download activation code for offline usage" link. It was there after last year renewal but is gone now. Proxy servers prevent me from logging in to Jetbrain...
