Build 1760.3 almost convinced me that the problem is finally fixed, ran nice and fast until the moment when I started switching solutions. From here on it came to a crawl with every keypress.

My EAP build 1758 just expired now which reminded me painfully how fast and responsive the VS2010 IDE is without R#. This issue is really, really annoying.
