Also, something else to mention. Disabling Resharper (via the AddIn Manager) does not seem help the situation.So, the only way to work on this solution is to uninstall Resharper.

Very dissapointing to hear. Is the interaction between the IDE plugin and the Chrome extension documented somewhere so that someone could write a plugin for ReSharper?
