That doesn't sound like a Resharper issue. Note that using <Nullable>enable</Nullable> only works for new-style .csproj files - the old style ones ignore that setting. Could that be the issue?

Thanks for the reply! I also had to disable "Annotate nullability on '!'/'?' at other positions", but it's now working how I want. :)

I meant that it's no longer supported by *Microsoft*. (Code contracts doesn't currently work with VS2017RC, and given that VS2017 is going to be released on March 7th I think it's safe to say that ...

Yes, I had to log in again: Resharper | Help | License Information, click the little spanner next to "Use JB Account" and then I re-entered my credentials and clicked "Log in".

I can confirm that turning OFF the "Use msbuild to obtain project references" setting FIXES the problem.Turning that setting back on causes the problem to reoccur. So it definitely seems related to...
