    Setting all option to ignore (as suggested in the linked article) works, but this could only be a workaround. Because i won't ignore all.

    I've found the root cause. It was a vs installation issue. The Jetbrains-Installer now works.

    Here is an "all-in-one" screenshot. And yes i have access. Even if i start the installer as admin, it doesn't recognize VS 2017.   kind regards  Oliver
