    OK, solved if you experience the same go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JetBrains\ReSharper<R# version><VS version> - and add String value - "Product Edition" value: "Csharp"

    I have the same issue - I cannot change type as it's disabled - And I don't have a single license key and never had, I use corporate's license server. I'm getting error about not available tickets ...
