Yes, am experiencing the same in 1761 in VB.NET but still slow in large files.

The other interesting thing that I just noticed also is that if I go to Resharper -> Options -> IntelliSense -> "Parameter Info" then "Automaticallyshow parameter info in 0 milliseconds" is greyed ...

Same as Klaus, using "Resharper" -> "Edit" -> "Parameter Info" works for me but that is not how it used to work in previous versions. I don't want to keep clicking Resharper -> Edit -> Show Paramet...

Noticed that if you turn off "Solution-Wide Analysis" and "Code Analysis" in Resharper->Options then it seems tolerable and doesn't lag as much but then what would be the point of having R#?

I think if people's R# is still submitting bugs for a particular issue then YouTrack's Exception Analyzer should say "wait a moment, a closed issue can't have new exception reports attached to it. ...

Is there some way where you can see in YouTrack which issues have the most issues linked to them recently? Maybe this would help to address those issues first.
