Yes - it seems deleting the Resharper cache and letting it rebuild cleared up this issue.

The quickfix suggests resolving to a physical path. This is exactly what you do NOT want to happen when the location path refers to an MVC Area.

Thought we would have seen this fixed in latest builds. Do you plan on not supporting this, even though the W3C clearly states it is valid CSS3?

Yeah... when you accept a suggestion, it doesn't replace what you already typed; it just appends to it. Totally annoying!
