Hello,Thank you for your question. I beleive this is not possible; however 'Move To Resource' refactoring does provide an option to select the resx file (if there are several of them).Thanks.

It's a known feature request for us here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-85494.Hopefully, we will implement this in the future ReSharper versions.Thanks for the tip, though!
