Visual studio 2013 allocating +2GB of memory and crashes after inspect->Code issues in solution

I did not even know it was possible to consume more then 2GB of memory in a 32-bit process, but if I run 'inspect->Code issues in solution' my visual studio 2013 instance grows from 600mb to 2,7 G...

Actually for some rules, it is available (in 2017.1.3) such as adding the override keyword and for other rules like c-style casts, the feature is not available.
