health indicator missing in 2022.3 no way to turn it back on Follow

I uese the health indicator and when I updated to 2022.3 resharper removed it. I tried many different options to turn it back on but it doesn't work. How do I get it back as I'm used to using it in my daily flow.

As a workaround, please try the following steps:
- Run Visual Studio with "/ReSharper.Internal" key;
- disable "INTERNAL: Visual Studio squiggles" in ReSharper | Options | Environment | Editor | Visual Studio Features.
