Using account authorization, it prompts me that I have not been granted user status.

I did a new install of Windows 11 today and after reinstalling vs 2019 and Resharper, I tried to log in to JetBrains using my account and then jumped to the browser and entered my account password and logged in (a little different from how I was authorized before).

After a successful login on the browser, it jumps to a local link that tells me that the authorization was successful, but Resharper still tells me that I have not been granted user status, which I have tried many times.

 

 

 

What can I do to solve this situation?

Hello,

It is a known issue that is fixed in the 2021.3 version. In the meantime, you were granted a prolonged trial period.

I am having this issue with 2023.2 trial.  I am unable to start the trial period. Using VS2019
