gotodeclaration does not decompile "system" code

Answered

Both my new and old machine run VS2017 with ReSharper Untimate. In my old machine (with ReSharper 2017.2), F12 will decompile .net classes which I don't have source code. But in my new machine (with 2017.3,5), F12 shows metadata of .net classes instead of decompiled code. How can I make my new machine work same as my old one?

Thanks,

Hong Shen
