Ambiguous reference
I got "Ambiguous reference" notification in every cs file about every item that is declared in xaml and referenced by its x:Name property and also in every InitializeComponent method, suggesting to create overload...
Sometimes it goes away after a soultion clean, sometimes it doesnt, but it is always back after a VS restart!
VS Pro 2017 15.5.6 and ReSharper Ultimate 2017.3.2

I've just reported a similar problem, but mine is tied to symbols in a .Net Standard (2.0) dll.

Unfortunately i have no idea what breaks it, the screenshot i provided above is from our very complex in-company application which i can not share!
I tried to reproduce it by creating different scenarios but so far no luck, i can tell that it is working as intended in a newly created solution, if i have something i'll update this!

I've got a similar problem, it is quite annoying, along with others :
- Ambiguous invocation: InitializeComponent()
- Cannot resolve symbol 'App'
I've got R# 2017.3.2, and I'm using .Net Standard with Xamarin.Forms.

Same problem here with 2018.1
All of my id's in my Resource.Id in my Xamarin/android c# project are markesd as 'ambiguous references'. This is because ReSharper is looking at my generated Resource.Designer.cs in the project, but is also picking up Resource.Designer.cs in .\obj\Release\DesignTime\
This makes ReSharper much less useful than it could be. I have deleted my bin directories, deleted my .suo files and cleared my ReSharper cache etc, but the problem persistes.
I have also removed *.Designer.cs from Options/Code Inspections/Generated Code but that made no difference either. Seemed to start happening when I update to 2018.1 - but that could easily be coincidence.
