2016.2 EAP 4 - tab no longer selects intellisense option

Previously when presented with an Intellisense list of choices I could hit the tab key to select my choice and stay on the same line.  

After installing 2016.2 EAP 4 this morning, when an intellisense window pops up the tab key does nothing and I can only select my choice by hitting the enter key which will select it but also include a line feed and drop me to the next line.
