Safe Delete?

I forget... is "Safe Delete" a refactoring that is planned for 2.0?

One thing I've wanted to do a few times now is delete a specific variable or
method, and any reference to it, in one operation. For example, I might
have a debug method that logs a few specific things, and I'd like to delete
that method, and ever reference to it, rather than having to search around.
Or the same for an instance variable on a class. It'd be nice if I could do
this with the safe-delete refactoring (similar to what's in IntelliJ
IDEA)... having all references commented out, and tagged for easy deletion.

Yes, it's planned for 2.0.
See http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/ReSharper/ReSharper2.0Plan
to see what else is planned.
