When authoring live templates (and in v2.0 file templates) we can use
special macro variables like "same az an other variable but first letter
upper" or "same az an other variable but first letter lower"
A third thing is missing for me: "same az an other variable but all upper"
Yes, I do know that .NET coding standard does not prefer all uppercase
constants, but I also know, that many of us uses this. It comes from C++ and
Java. Actually I've just saw in JetBrains provided source code (plugin
samples) in 206 to use this convention. So...
To be more exact a 100% solution would be not to simply convert to upper but
SomePropertyName -> SOME_PROPERTY_NAME (and not SOMEPROPERTYNAME)
