Question to all: Would you like to see the "Refactor This" command available through a quick click?

The "Refactor This" context menu action allows you to see only the
refactorings relevant in the context where the right click occured. This is
useful as all the grayed out items are removed and you see what you can do
only.

I suggested in
http://www.intellij.net/tracker/resharper/viewSCR?publicId=11081 to bind
this action to some quick mouse operation (click). Does anyone else think it
is a useful thing?

I think it should at least be an option... whether it's a double-right-click
or a ctrl-right-click, or what, it should be something we can configure.

I agree, I'd like to see the Visual Studio options go away, and be
replaced by R# options.
