[251] Popups not slow anymore!

Hi guys!

I'm extremely happy to inform you that the sluggishness of typing when a
popup is shown, has completely vanished after installing build 251/VS2003
on my system.
For the first time in months I've been able to turn on auto-popup parameter
info :)

Do you have some info on what was causing the problem?

Thanks a bunch!

Guy

Guy,

Good news!
The problem was in Screen.FromHandle() API call, that did a lot of
unnecessary work and sometimes waited response from OS.

Same extreme happiness here!!!!

No delay when typing...

The only thing which could be faster (was actually fast in R#1.5) is when
the "Refactor" submenu on the contextmenu of the code editor pops up. It
looks like it's slowest when the cursor resides in a methods parameter list
and is quite fast in the method body. But this is by far not as disturbing
as the fixed one.

Congrats to you guys and a big thank you

Andi
