[370] R# intellisense doesn't show full signature of generic methods ?

See the attached bitmaps.

Given the method public void T Create ( ) VS intellisense will show Create<> in the dropdown list, and full signature including in the tooltip. Resharper only shows "Create" in the dropdown, and "(]]>) T" in
the tooltip.

(I'm aware "p2" is used twice in the code, this was just a demonstration of
the bug)
