Intellisense completion with Tab.

When the intellisense dropdown is open, pressing tab replaces the item to the right of the cursor and inserts the selected intellisense item. This works great.

Except...if you have used the mouse at all when the dropdown is open, then the 'pressing tab' completion stops working.

Hello Scott,

This is a known problem. It will most likely be fixed in ReSharper 4.0.

4? How disappointing.
Any particular reason?

Hello Scott,

Well, the problem is consequence of a design flaw in lookup window. Fixing
the design is too dangerous to put in a bugfix release since the impact of
it is minor for most customers (users rarely use mouse to choose from lookup
lists - this is not the primary scenario). Of course, if we get evidence
that this is important for many users we may change our plans.
