Any new build of 4.1.x ?
Are there plan to publish any new build of 4.1 branch?
Current latest night build is: 12 Nov 2008 - 943
Or when we can except night build of 4.5 branch?

4.1 receives only critical hotfixes, mostly when VS crashes or otherwise completely fails to work. We are actively working on 4.5 and going to open EAP pretty soon. Stay tuned.
What about the template editing issue when there are macros in VS? Is that
being actively worked, or do we have to wait for 4.5 to be able to have VS
macros installed?

plug in this macro:

map it a key combo (like Alt=), and voila. 100% of the folks that I hang
with on twitter and on the speaker circuit all have the exact same issue,
and it doesn't matter the macro. I sent all this some time ago to one of
your devs. I'm extremely surprised you can't repro it, as I haven't found
anybody who can get template editing to work if they have a macro in the
ide.
