EAP builds need to have a longer expiration period like an extra week or two. For example for VS 2008, I am still using build 2080 which is 4 versions behind because of a show stopper in the newer builds. Plus sometimes we have days with no new builds. Currently the last build is 3 days old.
In my case, the message popped up saying RS will expire in two days, but then it prompts me to purchase or disable ReSharper.
