I looked for it in the past: No success.

Just looked again, there are thousands of ReSharper commands available in
toolbar->customize, but no "*Toggle" between

ReSharper_ThrowException
ReSharper_TryProjectTransaction

Same thing inside the "Command Window": There is
"ReSharper.ReSharper_ThrowException" and
"ReSharper.ReSharper_TryProjectTransaction" but nothing in-between.

Same thing for "ReSharper_Suspend" -- it does not exist and did not exist
in the past.

+1

but i'm sure i've seen it in former EAP builds.

Same thing inside the "Command Window": There is
"ReSharper.ReSharper_ThrowException" and

In Command Window there exists "ReSharper_ToggleSuspended",
"ReSharper_Suspend" and "ReSharper_Resume" (without "ReSharper." prefix)
which indeed can be bound to keyboard shortcuts -- but not to the toolbar:
The toolbar customization dialog only allows to select categories so
everything in "ReSharper" category maps to commands starting with
"ReSharper.".

Hello Markus,

Yes, that's a known problem, but we haven't yet found out why commands without
prefix do not show up in the Customize dialog. Here's bug-id for reference:
