Invalid error in solution analysis.

Hi,

I have an exception class declared like this:

public sealed class RequiredParameterMissingException : Exception
{...}

Now, solution wide analysis complains: Type
'RequiredParameterMissingException' does not extend 'System.Exception'.

Build 6.0.2150.5

Solution compiles just fine.

Hello Henning,

Do you by chance have solution with mixed frameworks in different projects?
Like Silverlight and .NET framwork, or different versions of frameworks?
Can you provide us with small example solution exhibiting this problem? Thanks!

Sincerely,

Hi Ilya,

solution ist plan vanilla C# Projects, all .Net 4 (some client profile only,
some full framework).

Strangely, it only happens on this exception. Other custom exceptions do not
cause this error.

Kind regards,
Henning

Hi,

it seems that is error occurs right after an exception is thrown by R#. I've
submitted it: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/RSRP-264098

Kind regards,
Henning
