Build 2155: Show Memory Usage

If I attempt to enable the option to show memory usage in the status bar,
ReSharper turns it off a couple seconds later.

Hello Greg,

This is a known problem and we're currently investigating it. As a workaround,
could you please open the Options, turn on 'Show memory usage', press Ok,
then quickly reopen the Options and turn off that option before it gets turned
off automatically. After doing so, that option should persist its state when
you turn it back on. Thank you!

Thanks for the workaround, Andrew. You're probably already aware of it, but
I just noticed that the memory usage disappears when Visual Studio doesn't
have the focus. Just a really minor thing that doesn't affect using
ReSharper, though.
