Wow! What a difference!
I am just trying R#7 after being frankly disappointed with R#6's performance. The performance in VB.NET in VS2010 is uncomparable so far to R#6. It is lightning fast! Hope this doesn't change! Intellisense is just like VS's - instant - instead of waiting a couple of seconds like in R#6. Good job guys! So far looks good... Will keep using this...

i can't really agree with your enthusiasm. Yes the user experience is better and much functionality which was a bit buggy in 6.x is working now. But did you ever try the EAP in al larger VB project with files larger than 3.000 .. 4.000 lines? If you don't have the luck to use a 64-bit operating system performance rises down very quickly. I have reproducible OOM exceptions which cause VS to crash when i edit large VB files. But the Jetbrains guys are working hard to fix the problem (i know this because i'm in contact with them to solve the issue).

To be honest I haven't been working on large projects for some time so I can't comment on how this works with large projects - I was just looking at some small projects recently
