Welcome to the ReSharper community newsgroup....

Greetings All!

We thought we'd create a new group for ReSharper users to exchange tips,
tricks; a place to hangout, day dream (and push us) about new features, or
help each other if you run into problems, chat with the developers -- or
for that matter, anything else related to ReSharper.

Please note, bug fixes, feature requests, etc.... related to current EAPs
or Official Releases should still be submitted to the jetbrains.resharper.eap
newsgroup or into the tracker.

Having said that, welcome and post away! ;)

Well, to begin with, it is a nice initiative. However, it is not likely that
anyone will ever find this newsgroup save those, perhaps, who read
jetbrains.resharper.eap. The EAP newsgroup itself is referenced from the
Documentation page of the ReSharper site. Not a place where I would look for
a newsgroup dedicated to a product, but at least it might be found by a
user. But how on earth is the community group supposed to be found? It badly
needs referencing on the ReSharper site. Maybe, a link should be even on the
home page of the product (something like "Share your fantastic experience of
this tool in a community newsgroup":)) -- Andrey Simanovsky Software Developer JetBrains, Inc http://www.jetbrains.com "Develop with pleasure!" "David Stennett" ]]> wrote in message

While a reference from the resharper site would certainly help, this
newsgroup popped up in my newsreader as a "new group" so I subscribed. I
didn't read about it in the EAP group or anything, it was just automatic.

Just FYI.

Hello Paul,

While a reference from the resharper site would certainly help, this
newsgroup popped up in my newsreader as a "new group" so I subscribed.
I didn't read about it in the EAP group or anything, it was just
automatic.

Just FYI.

Thanks Paul -- welcome aboard. Yes, I'll make sure it gets referenced on
some sites -- if you guys can help me out, and make it known to others (on
other sites, etc...) that would be great. We can't let the people in jetbrains.intellij.community
have all of the fun now, can we .... ;)
