How can I force Unit Test Runner to load tests?

When I first open Unit Test Runner in VS.NET via the Resharper|Windows|Unit
Test Runner menu item, it doesn't show the tests in the current project.
The only way I've figured out how to force Unit Test Runner to show these
tests is to click on one of the Unit Test Method icons.

Is there a more direct way, as I like Unit Test Runner for the way it lets
me browse and filter tests? If there were an option like the menu in the
"stand alone" unit test runner, I would be happy with that, but there is
no menu in the Unit Test Runner tool window.

Hello flipdoubt,

We have some improvements in this area in mind, expect them in one of the
next major versions of ReSharper/TestRunner.
