File Template keyboard shortcuts

I like file templates - it's sufficiently better than standard "new issue" feature. But i find that no predefined shortcut to it. I want to have shortcut like for other template types - and i find such commands in tools->options->environment->keyboard, but it isn't what i want. Command for particular templates have unreadable names and for "quick list" i get full list (as it is in configuration) but i want to menu like when use mouse right-click.
