feature requst...

i used to use coderush.. and i'm evaluating resharper ( mainly because i'd have to go through loopholes to approve coderush and resharper is already approved for my division )..

i wanted to know if there was a way to end the line with a ';' that was such a simple little thing that coderush did that i find annoying with resharper.

say.. i'm typing: string l_test = blah.blah( (test)nice* ) )
now.. the cursor is at * because the end parens were automatically added.. that's nice.. but now i have to either type: )); or right-arrow right-arrow ; to finish the line.. how annoying..

coderush allowed me to just type ; from that location and it would just move out of the end parens.. that was just simple and nice.. let me know if that is possible with resharper..

thanks!

I've been requesting something like this for what seems like years :)

It's called "Complete Statement", and there's already an issue in the
Tracker for something similar. What you describe is SLIGHTLY different
though, and might be easier for the JetBrains guys to incorporate. I agree
it would be very nice, but there's currently not a way to do that, that I
know of.
