Email entitled "Resharper 2.5.2 Maintenance Release"

I just received an email entitled "Resharper 2.5.2 Maintenance Release."
Is this really new? I've had Resharper 2.5 build #376 installed for a while
now. The release notes linked by the email (sent today) say it was released
April 23, 2007.

Recieving this email today has confused me. Stop confusing me! The world
already does enough of that.

You and the others here in the forum knows about 2.5.2, but the rest of the
users not.

I recieve many many notification from JIRA for Bugs that are allready fixed
in newer Builds, but these Users are still using Build 337.

Regards

Albert

The announcement clearly states that version 2.5.2 includes "Join/Split
string context action". However, in a recent thread here, Ilya Ryzhenkov
said "It will not be available in any
subsequent release of 2.5.*, it will be available in version 3.0 only."

Talk about confusion!

Hello Rajiv,

Well, it's price for automated processes here in JetBrains. Continous Integration
with Team City makes it possible to make many things automatically. When
you fix bug in code, it automatically builds, tests, writes documentation,
publish builds, prepares email and other marketing stuff, processes online
payments, sends licenses to customers, answers support emails and performs
other interesting things. If you make mistake in the first step, i.e. mark
bug as fixed for the wrong version... You know ;)

Seriously, it was simple mistake nobody noticed until it was too late...
We promise to try our best not to confuse our valuable customers too often :)

Sincerely,
Ilya Ryzhenkov
