Possible to launch VS2005 with/without resharper by using a switch?

I'm using resharper 3.0 now, and I'm working on some c++ and c# programming.
For c++, I'm using Visual Assist, for c#, definitely, this one.
Then I just wanna configure VS2005 starting without Resharper when I'm doing some c++ project to save resources.
Basically, I hope the feature like below,

shortcut "D:\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe -reshaper" to start VS with Resharper loaded
shortcut ""D:\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe"" to start VS without Resharper.

Then I don't need to manually activate it from Add-in manager or don't need to load it at every startup.

Any possible way?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Are you sure you're going to save any much resources this way? It's only
for C# that R# maintains the code model.

Then I don't need to manually activate it from Add-in manager or don't
need to load it at every startup.

Using the addin manager is just a few keystrokes. There is no command-line
option currently to specifically enable or disable resharper. However, there's
build-in Visual Studio functionality that can be used to achieve this effect,
like running two separately-configured VS instances with their own set of
add-ins, selected from the command-line. See http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb166560(VS.80).aspx
for details.

However, I think the result is not worth the effort in this case.

Thanks for your reply.

Actually there is some conflict between VA and ReSharper, and for resource saving, without Resharper, at least VS startup is much faster.
Anyway, having a separately-configured VS is an idea.
Thanks.

You can also run a .vbs script to enable/disable resharper (to edit registry). Since around 2.5.3 of resharper startup time hasn't been an issue for me.

Could you share the script to enable/disable resharper please ?
