Tiny Issue - VS 2008 Splash Screen Still Says "ReSharper 3.1" Follow

Sometimes Visual Studio forgets to reset icons it cached... Can't do anything
about it.

Visual Studio says version 4.0.819. Shows up as 4.0 on VS2005.

Running "devenv.com /Setup" would make it consistent.
