I've been away from Resharper for a while, so coming into VS 2008 +
Resharper 4.0 things are a little unfamiliar at the moment. I was wondering
if I could get some clarification here:
I'm trying something simple as a refactor rename... I punch F2 and the good
ole resharper renaming window comes up for a new name. I put it in, press
enter and the member is renamed accordingly.
Only nothing is refactored - instead I get a small red 'options to update
references...' marker appearing, which if I click on (or press
shift-alt-F10) I get options:
Rename 'blah' to 'foo'
Rename with preview...
These work fine, but can someone fill me in on what's going on here? I'm
used to the good old days where I could just give resharper a new name and
it'd take care of the rest for me.
Not a fan of all this shift-alt-F10 "select wether you want a preview"
stuff. Is this something in VS that Resharper's supposed to replace?
Is this little 'options to update...' thing a regular thing from VS? Is
there a convenient way to deal with it (or get rid of it, if its a time
