File Header Text?

When is the file header text supposed to be inserted by R#?  I only see it happening if I do a code cleanup, it doesn't seem to happen when I create a new class from a template or when I create a new file using VS2008's menus either.

Anybody else having this problem?  Is it possible there's something in my header text that's causing problems or the fact that I asked that it be put in a region?

Yes, right now it works only in code cleanup.
We are going to fully integrate this feature, but it isn't done yet

When?

Will there also be the possibility to automatically fill in the file-name?
