Using Local Reference Sources w/ "External Sources"

Hi guys,

First, let me say that I love the external sources feature--it allows me to
download the .NET Reference Sources on demand, even though the proper
versions for my OS are not available (Windows 7 RC).

I have already downloaded the entire pre-packaged Windows 7 Reference
Sources from the Microsoft site, and I was wondering if I can override the
Reference Source integration so that ReSharper pulls source files from my
local copy rather than the Microsoft servers.  I see there is an option
called "folder substitutions", but I'm not sure if I can use this feature as
a solution, and if so, how configure it properly.

Thanks,
Mike Strobel

Hello,

Unfortunately, no, you can't use pre-downloaded sources right now.
I filed an issue http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/RSRP-126489
