Type members layout: xsd for download?

Hi.

Currently it's very difficult to write your own layout since you have to know by forehand which node have which properties etc and documentation for this great functionality is very poor.
Isn't the xml  schema definition (i.e. shemas-jetbrains-com:member-reordering-patterns) available for download so I can get help from the intellisense in e.g. vstudio for this? If not, can one get hold of it somehow?
