Resharper hotkey to run contextually addressed tests with IgnoreAttribute?

I have a bunch of test code implemented as VSTest. They are sometimes only used for their console output. They are sometimes only really relevant to use through breakpoint and variable inspection. They are implemented as unit tests because I want to be able to independantly run them ad hoc and benefit from bulk initialization and code reuse. I have decorated these tests with the IgnoreAttribute so that nobody else can accidentally run them within their IDE when they run all tests in the solution etc.

The problem is that even when I'm standing inside the unit test, I can only execute with either editing away the ignore attribute (checking out the file) or using the mouse.

How do you best set up for ad hoc running of tests that you wish to be only run in this manner and not be accidentally included in solution/project wide test runs.
