Processing source files regardless of disabling code analysis and code generation?

Hi,

IS there any way to turn of processing of source files for specific file types/extensions? This is killing the performance, because resharper is analysis files which it NEVER should.
As part of the solution we have legacy code as well with HUGE XSL files or ASP or ... I have tried any possible setting to disable it from processing those files, and Resharper just doesnt care. Resharper can add no value to working with these files, so there really must be a way to filter WHAT source files it will process at all. Or is there no such setting?

It grows VS memory > 1,2 GB and just keeps going. I have now disabled code analysis, frankly whatever i can, beside just turning off Resharper itself.

I have tried to use share solution wide settings file.

Any help appriciated.

Hi.

Sorry for not specifying it before.
I am using R6.0 (latest Resharper version)

Hello Taavi
This problem should get fixed in the upcoming ReSharper 6.1. Could you please install the latest build from http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/ReSharper/ReSharper+6.1+Nightly+Builds and verify if it works better for you? Thank you!
