Resharper 8.2.0.2160 installed but not available
I had to reinstall R# on my machine with both VS2012/2013, no error during installation but now I don't have R# menu on VS2012 and it is available, but disabled, on VS2013.
Tried everything suggested here http://resharper-support.jetbrains.com/entries/21204867 without luck, also opened case #8737 but got no answer yet.
Any hint?, using Visual Studio w/o R# is very frustrating... :(

Was solved applying the following steps:
- Uninstall ReSharper 8.2;
- Remove the following folders:
1) "C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\ReSharper" ;
2) "C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\JetBrains\ReSharper";
3) "C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\JetBrains\DotNet";
4) "C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\DotNet"
- Run ReSharper installation again.
