Biztalk and Resharper 9 : Unresolved Reference Follow

Hello,
We are using Resharper 9 with Biztalk 2010 and Visual Studio 2010.
When we open our solution we have all references to Schemas or Property Schemas marked as Unresolve.
You can find a screenshot and a sample solution attached.
How can we solve this issue ?

We are also starting to migrate to Visual Studio 2013 and Bitztalk 2013 R2. We have tried the same test on that environment with the same result.
