Shortcut for "Inspect Hiearchy" broken in RS 8 (only displays Window)

RS 8.2.3/vstudio2013.

In RS 7.1 I selected a type and pressed Ctrl+E, Ctrl+H and could see the Heiarchy window with the selected type.
In RS 8 if I do the same it only displays the Hiearchy window, I need to go via menu Resharper->Inspect->Hiearchies to get it updated.

Is this planned to be fixed in RS 8/9?
