Open API

Hello,

I've tried to find the documentation. I've looked everywhere, including the rs website, rs forum, and google.

Can someone tell me if there is documentation?

If there isn't, that's fine. But I hate poking and using examples when I could be reading the manual,

Since there are no doc for R#4 can I assume that the 3.0 version is useful even for 4.0 development?
